Acquire with discipline
Evaluate quality homes near military installations for achievable rents, local demand, commute and value at purchase. Each acquisition must support resident benefits, operating costs and reserves.
We are building a military-focused rental housing platform that pairs disciplined real estate investing with more affordable homes, dependable service and local support for newly arrived families.
Our vision is a national network of homes where families know what to expect at each assignment: consistent quality, fair pricing, responsive maintenance and someone local to help them settle in. We plan to begin around Fort Bragg, expand across multiple states and grow into a national portfolio.
Military families move often and need homes they can rely on. Our founder’s experience as an Army officer and rental property owner informs a model built to serve responsible residents well while maintaining disciplined investment economics.

Centralized technology and qualified local partners are intended to improve operations. We will measure actual costs, household savings and service quality as we build a repeatable experience across markets.

After approximately twenty years in the Army and roughly ten moves, Jon understands what families need from a home and a landlord. As a rental property owner, he has found military residents to be reliable tenants who take pride in their homes and often leave them better than they found them.
Jon brings experience leading teams of teams and has been responsible for managing annual budgets exceeding $100 million. That experience informs VCI’s approach to resource allocation, operational oversight and accountability.
He has also experienced inconsistent support when arriving at a new assignment. VCI’s planned sponsorship network addresses that gap: a dependable local welcome contact, potentially a military spouse with real estate and renovation experience, to help families settle in and connect with their community.
